| Patrick
Ousey grew up in Central Texas and graduated from the
University of Texas at Austin in 1986 with a BA of Architecture.
He moved to Southern California where he began working with
internationally renowned architectural firms including Charles
Moore’s Los Angeles office, Moore Ruble Yudell
Architects and Planners, Schweitzer Kellen,
and Schweitzer BIM. He also completed many
restaurant projects in the Los Angeles area on his own. During
his tenure with Schweitzer BIM he worked on a vast array of
projects both large and small, ranging from historical renovations
of commercial and residential buildings to master planning of
a hotel-amusement park in Japan. Upon his return to Texas in
the fall of 1993 he began working with Austin architect Dick
Clark Architecture, where he was instrumental in the
design of many of that office's restaurants, bars and residential
projects. In the Fall of 1996, he started FAB Architecture
(For A Better
- Architecture). He has been a licensed architect since
1992. (State of Texas Registration #15695) |
